OCR Toolkit: Documentation and API

The file (Toolkit_Info.exe) provides summary information on the OCR and Card Reader Toolkit. It contains selected chapters taken from the OCR Toolkit User Manual.

The documentation contains

Sample programs

A number of sample programs are included with the toolkit to demonstrate the use of the OCR engine and the image utilities. Project files are included and the programs are compiled in Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, and Visual C++ 5.0 or higher.
